Yoga Instructor
Mare is a yoga teacher, meditation practitioner, and devoted student of the healing journey. Her own experiences have taught her the profound power of presence, self-compassion, and reconnecting with the wisdom within.
She is the founder of VINYASA LIFE, a wellness philosophy centered on nurturing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Rooted in the belief that meaningful transformation begins within, VINYASA LIFE embraces the journey to Root, Flow, and Grow: to become grounded in who we are, move through life with greater presence and ease, and continually grow into our fullest expression.
Through yoga, meditation, breathwork, mindful movement, and intentional practices, Mare creates nurturing spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience a deeper sense of peace and connection.
Her teaching is gentle, heart-centered, and grounded in the belief that we are never broken. We simply sometimes need a safe space to remember who we truly are.
